Do you even need one?
If you use the free ISBN Amazon assigns, KDP prints the barcode for you and you should leave a blank white rectangle on the back cover instead. Generate a barcode only when you own the ISBN and want it on the artwork yourself.
The last digit of an ISBN-13 is a checksum. This tool verifies it before drawing, so a typo shows up here rather than on a box of printed books.
