The short version

We hold your email address and your purchase history, because we cannot give you an account or your products without them. We do not run analytics, we do not run advertising pixels inside the apps, and we do not sell anything to anybody.

The name you type is not stored

Lullabet builds the book inside your browser. The child's name you type is used there to lay out the pages. It travels to our server only as part of checking that your account is allowed to export, and it is not written to our database. We do not keep a list of the names you have made books for.

What we do hold

• Your account — email address, the name or username shown in the app, and an encrypted form of your password. We never store a password we can read.
• Your purchases — which products you own, when, and the transaction and affiliate references WarriorPlus sends us. This is what unlocks your features, so we keep it as long as your account exists.
• The purchase notification itself — we store the message WarriorPlus sends when you buy, so that a sale which fails to activate can be repaired by hand instead of lost. It contains your name, email and the details of the sale.
• Email addresses left at the free tools, if you gave one.

What we do not do

• No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or social pixels inside the apps or your account area.
• No selling, renting or trading your details.
• No profiling and no automated decisions about you.

One honest exception: the sales pages carry WarriorPlus's own script, because their checkout requires it. That script is theirs and it does track visits to those pages. It is not present in the apps or in your account area.

Cookies and browser storage

One cookie, to keep you signed in. Two small settings kept in your own browser — whether you prefer the light or dark theme, and whether you have dismissed the how-to panel. None of it tracks you, and none of it leaves your machine.

Who else sees your data

• WarriorPlus — takes the payment and tells us about it.
• PayPal — processes the payment. We never see your card or bank details; they do not pass through our servers at all.
• Our email provider, to send you your password, receipts and any updates you have agreed to receive.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the database the above lives in.

Nobody else, and never for their own marketing.

Email you get from us

Some email is not optional: your password, and messages about a purchase or your account. If you also asked for product updates, every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect anything you have bought.

Children

This product is sold to adults who publish books. It is not for children and we do not knowingly collect anything from one. The name of the child a book is made for is not stored, as described above.

How long we keep things

Your account and its purchase records last as long as your account does, because that record is what proves you own what you bought. Ask us to delete your account and we will, along with everything attached to it — but that also removes your access to the products, and it cannot be undone.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email leo@leosterling.net from the address on your account and we will deal with it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
