Refund policy

30 days, no argument

Use Lullabet. Make a book. If it is not what you expected, ask for your money back within 30 days of your purchase and you will get it. You do not have to explain yourself and we will not try to talk you out of it.

This is the same 30 days that WarriorPlus displays at checkout. It applies to the front-end product and to every upgrade, each counted from the day you bought that particular item.

How to ask

Email leo@leosterling.net from the address you bought with, or open a ticket through WarriorPlus. Either works. Include your transaction ID if you have it — it makes it faster, not possible.

Refunds go back to PayPal, to the account that paid. How quickly it lands is up to PayPal and your bank, not us; a few working days is normal.

What a refund does

• Your access to the refunded product ends.
• Your licence to sell the books you made with it ends too. Books already published under that licence should be unpublished. Keeping the files and taking the money back is not a refund, it is theft, and we treat it as one.
• Refunding an upgrade leaves the rest of your account alone. Refunding the front-end product closes the account, and the upgrades attached to it go with it.

Where the 30 days do not apply

We will decline a refund where the request is plainly not made in good faith: repeat buy-and-refund across our products, a refund asked for after a large batch has been exported and published, or an account caught sharing or reselling the software. This is rare and we would rather explain it than use it.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. A refund takes one message and a few minutes; a chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee, and gets you the same money. An account that charges back is closed and not reinstated.

If something is broken

A refund is always available, but it is not the only option. If a file will not export, a marketplace rejected something, or the software is not doing what the sales page said, tell us — most of these take one reply to fix, and you keep the product.
