These terms cover Lullabet and every other tool on Leo Apps at apps.leosterling.net. By buying or using them you agree to what is written here.

Leo Apps is operated by Leo Sterling (Quach Hong Anh), a sole trader at 289, Ward 10, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You can reach us at leo@leosterling.net.

What you are buying

Lullabet is software you run in your browser. It is not a physical product and nothing is shipped. You are buying a licence to use it and to keep what it produces. Payment is handled by WarriorPlus and goes directly to us, not to WarriorPlus.

What you may do with the books you make

The books are yours. You may publish and sell the PDF files this software produces — in print or digital form, on Amazon KDP, Etsy, your own shop, or anywhere else — under your own name or brand, with no further fee and no royalty to us.

That includes the illustrations inside those books. It does not include the right to sell the illustration files on their own, as a pack, or as stock art.

What you may not do

• Resell, share, rent or give away the software itself.
• Share your account. One purchase is for one person.
• Republish the illustrations outside the books this software makes.
• Use the software to produce anything unlawful, or anything that infringes somebody else's rights.

About the illustrations

The illustration sets that ship with Lullabet are AI-generated images, produced once by us and licensed to you as part of the product. No AI runs at your end, and you do not need an API key, an account with any AI service, or a subscription of any kind to use the software.

Your account

Your account is created automatically when you buy, using the email address you paid with, and the password is emailed to you. That email is not a secure place to keep a password — change it after your first sign-in. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

If you paid with a different email address from the one you want to sign in with, use Sync my orders on your Account page.

Availability

This is hosted software. We keep it running and we fix what breaks, but we do not promise any particular level of uptime, and we may change or improve the product over time. If we ever have to retire it, we will say so and give you time to download what you need.

Amazon KDP, Etsy and every other marketplace set their own rules and change them without telling us. We cannot promise that any file will be accepted by any of them. What we can promise is the specification the file is built to, which is stated on the sales page.

Ending your licence

We may close an account that shares access, resells the software, charges back a payment, or abuses support. A refund also ends your licence: if you take your money back, you no longer have the right to sell the books you made with it.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering software that does what the sales page says it does. We are not responsible for what happens after that — sales you did or did not make, listings a marketplace removed, or files a printer rejected. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them. Changes apply from the day they are published; they do not reach back and change a purchase you already made.
